Warranty

We stand by the products we make, and that is why we are proud to offer a lifetime warranty on our workmanship. Any product failures determined to be caused by a defect or error in manufacturing on our part will be repaired or replaced for free. Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear on materials, improper use, or accidents.

Our products are intended to last a lifetime, so any damage or failures determined not to be our responsibility will still be repaired if possible at no or minimal cost, depending on the circumstances and difficulty of the repair. Customer will be required to cover the cost of shipping.

For warranty claims, send an email to earthseedeqipment@gmail.com with photos of the damage as well as a description of how the damage occurred.

Important Note about Fit / Zippers

It is very important that no part of your firearm (such as iron sights or optics) or any item inside of the fanny pack is pressing up against and putting pressure on the zipper. This will lead to premature wear and zipper failure, is very difficult, costly, and time consuming to fix, and is not covered by our warranty.

Returns/Exchanges

Items made with defects or errors that are determined to be our responsibility will be refunded or replaced at no cost to you. Email us at earthseedequipment@gmail.com to start a return.

Returns for any other reason of unused and undamaged MADE TO ORDER products will be accepted within 2 weeks (14 days) of delivery. Customer is responsible for a 20% restocking fee as well as return shipping. Returns are not accepted on discounted or sale items.

There are no returns or exchanges on Custom Orders except for item defects or errors determined to be our responsibility, which will be refunded or replaced at no cost to the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse returns or exchanges on items deemed not to be in acceptable condition upon return. Customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping on items rejected for return or exchange.

All sales on supply shop items, and any other items that are not made in-house by us, are final and sold as is. If you have any issues, please do not hesitate to reach out and let us know, and we will do what we can to make it right!
 

Purchase Agreement / Cancellation Policy

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all size, color, and configuration selections are correct before placing an order, and product dimensions are compatible with their intended use.

If you notice you made an error, contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to modify your order as long as the changes do not result in a change of price, and components are in stock.

Order cancellations/refund requests made within 48 hours will be made minus a 5% processing fee.



 

As items are made to order, cancellations after 48 hours or once materials have been cut are responsible for a 15% restocking fee.

Gun Safety

A fanny pack is not a holster that protects the trigger of a firearm. We highly recommend using a reliable holster that covers the trigger of your firearm in conjunction with our products if you intend to use one of our products for carrying a firearm. In plain English, by purchasing our products, you agree not to hold us responsible if you shoot yourself or anyone or anything else. It is your responsibility to safely handle your firearm.

Lost Packages / Shipping Insurance

We pay for full insurance on all items we ship. If a package is lost or damaged, we will file an insurance claim with the carrier. Refunds will not be issued until the insurance claim is paid out, which can take a few weeks.
